Intepro Systems

Accessibility statement

We want every engineer, buyer and visitor to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our aim

Intepro Systems aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on inteprosystems.com. We treat that as ongoing work rather than a finished state, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we have done

  • Pages use standard landmarks — a header with navigation, a main content area and a footer — and each page has one main heading, so screen-reader users can move around quickly.
  • The page language is declared, so screen readers pronounce the text correctly.
  • Every form field has a visible text label tied to it, and required fields are marked as required in the code.
  • Keyboard focus stays visible: form fields show a focus ring, and links and buttons keep the browser’s own focus outline.
  • Text and background colors are checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratio automatically every time the site is built.
  • Form errors are announced to screen readers as alerts.
  • Text is real text, not pictures of text, so it can be resized, translated and read aloud.

How we checked

On October 27, 2026 we ran the automated accessibility audit in Google Lighthouse (version 12) against the home page, the contact page and a product page.

All three pages scored 100 out of 100, with no failed automated checks. We ran the same audit on this statement, the privacy policy and the terms of use, with the same result. On the downloads page it flagged some links that sit too close together to tap easily on a small screen. That is on our list to fix.

Automated tools find only some kinds of problem. They cannot tell whether every page makes sense with a screen reader or a keyboard alone, so a clean automated result is not proof that the site is fully accessible.

Known limitations

  • Many product datasheets and manuals on the site are PDF files supplied by the equipment manufacturers. Some of them may not work well with screen readers. We can send the information in another format.
  • The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It usually runs without any action from you, but if it shows a challenge that you cannot complete, phone or email us instead.
  • The site does not have a "skip to main content" link yet.
  • On the downloads page, some links are closer together than is comfortable to tap on a phone.
