Privacy policy

This website is run by Intepro Systems (Intepro Systems America, LP), 14662 Franklin Ave, Ste E, Tustin, CA 92780. In this policy, “Intepro”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What you give us. When you use the quote form or the contact form we receive:

• your name, company, work email address and, if you add it, your phone number;
• what you write about your requirement or question;
• on the quote form, the systems you picked and any instrument you are replacing.

If you email or phone us, we receive whatever you choose to send or tell us.

What is collected automatically.

• With a form submission: the page you sent it from and the country your connection appears to come from, worked out from your IP address.
• When you tap a phone number or email address on this site: a short note that the link was tapped, with the page, the number or address, your approximate country and city (from your IP address), the general type of device (for example iPhone or Windows computer) and the page that sent you here. It does not include your name.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time.
• Google Analytics records the pages you view, the links and form steps you use, and general device, browser and location information. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from spam, checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

• to answer your question or prepare the quote you asked for;
• to supply, install and support the products and services you buy from us;
• to keep the forms free of spam and abuse;
• to understand how the website is used, which pages lead to enquiries, and how to improve it.

We do not use this website to show you advertising, and no advertising tags run on it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of the site for us: Vercel (website hosting), Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection), Resend (email delivery), and Digital Gravity, our website provider, which operates the service that receives, screens and forwards form submissions and which receives copies of enquiries and tap notifications so it can report on how the website is performing. That service is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Other Intepro group companies, in the United Kingdom, Ireland and China, when one of them is better placed to answer you. Our sales email address is shared by the sales teams in the US and the UK.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• A buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Some of these providers and group companies are outside the United States, and some providers store data in more than one country.

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics 4. For visitors outside the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. For visitors inside those regions, the site tells Google Analytics not to use cookies, so it only receives cookieless signals. Advertising storage and ad personalization are switched off for everyone.

The forms also use your browser’s session storage. If you send a form, a copy of that submission is kept in your browser tab until we confirm it arrived, so it can be sent again if the connection drops. It is cleared when you close the tab. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small amount of data in your browser to complete its check.

Your choices:

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data in your browser with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

This site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals.

We keep enquiries and the emails that follow for as long as we need them to answer you, to look after an ongoing business relationship, and to keep the business records the law expects. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sales@inteproate.com with your request. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it, and we will reply to every request.

Residents of California and some other states may have additional rights under their state’s privacy laws. If you contact us from the UK or Europe, the Intepro UK site has its own privacy notice under UK law.

This website is for engineers and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We will update this page when the website or how we use information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
