This website is run by Intepro Systems (Intepro Systems America, LP). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse the site, read it and download the documents on it for your own work. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• copy the site in bulk, scrape it or harvest its content or contact details with automated tools;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
• send spam or false information through the forms.

The site gives general information about our products, systems and services and about the test standards they are used against. We work to keep it accurate, but specifications, availability, lead times and prices can change, and some figures come from the manufacturers’ own datasheets.

Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A price, specification or delivery date is binding only when it is in a written quotation or agreement from us. Warranties are set out in that quotation or agreement and in our terms and conditions of sale, not on these web pages.

The site is not engineering, compliance or legal advice for your program. Confirm a requirement with us, and with the standard itself, before you rely on it.

The site does not take orders or payments. The forms send us a request; they do not create a contract. Orders are governed by our written quotation and our terms and conditions of sale, which are on the downloads page.

The text, design, software, logos and other material on this site belong to Intepro or to the companies that license them to us. Product names, logos and datasheets of the manufacturers we work with belong to those manufacturers. You may not reuse any of it for commercial purposes without written permission, apart from sharing links to pages and passing documents to colleagues as part of evaluating our products.

The site links to other websites, such as manufacturers and standards bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the website itself, including that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code. This does not change any warranty you have on a product or service you buy from us.

To the extent the law allows, Intepro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that comes from using or not being able to use this website or from relying on information on it. Where the law does not allow a limit like this, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

If you break these terms or misuse the site and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we suffer as a result.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, USA. Any dispute about them or about this website will be decided by the state or federal courts in Orange County, California. If you are a business in the United Kingdom or Europe dealing with an Intepro company there, that company’s own terms apply to your dealings with it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
