Testing to a standard
Each standard names different electrical limits, so each demands something different of your source and load. These pages set out what, with the clause it comes from.
Every page also says what its standard is silent on, and where a table sits behind a paywall or a value did not survive extraction, it says that instead of supplying a number. One of these pages concludes that a programmable source is the wrong instrument for the clause entirely. That is the point of writing them this way.
